The new, purpose built Conference Centre is being developed with flexibility in mind. From a business event to an executive escape, flexible spaces can quickly be redefined to meet specific requirements, or even to transform a day conferencing space into an evening gala event and entertainment area.
Bathed in natural light and looking out to a stunning seascape, the Matavai Conference Centre is wrapped by an expansive terrace that offers up the perfect location for an island-style cocktail function or feast.
Your on-site Conference and Meetings Planner is expert in arranging standout events remotely and can also assist in arranging off-site activities and excursions for delegates and guests including partner programmes and pre and post conferencing options.
Delegate Package Daily Rate
Half day morning session: $45.00 per delegate - coffee & tea on arrival, morning tea, working lunch, room hire & AV equipment.
Half day afternoon session: $40.00 per delegate - lunch & afternoon tea, room hire & AV equipment
Full day: $60.00 per delegate - coffee & tea on arrival, morning tea, working lunch, afternoon tea, room hire & AV equipment.
For every 11 paying rooms booked, receive 1 x FOC room for stay period.
General Manager ‘Welcome Drinks & Nibbles’ (1 Hour)
On the night of arrival, all group bookings are invited to enjoy a ‘Welcome to Niue’ from the General Manager and Management Team of Scenic Matavai Resort.
End of Business Session Beverage Package - drinks & nibbles (1 Hour)
$25 per delegate.
Themed Catering & Island Activities
Contact us for more information on island activities, including partner programmes, themed nights and catering options.
Booking Period: Available for new bookings made from 1st July 2016 through to 30th June 2018 with a minimum of 20 guests.
Conference Period: Valid for any new conference business secured between 1st July 2017 and 30th November 2018.
